The site tends to be slow sometimes and some technical difficulties were experienced which may be frustrating.
Also the lack of legend for some of the symbols displayed in the website may be confusing to some consumer while navigating
Thought the website do provide for people from many different countries, the language barrier may still be a major problem as the website is not available in other languages other than English and Chinese.
